WASZP Irish National Championship 2026

The 2026 Irish WASZP National Championships will take place at Ballyholme Yacht Club on Saturday 25th and Sunday 26th July 2026, bringing together Ireland’s top foiling dinghy sailors for two days of high-speed, adrenaline-fuelled racing on the waters of Belfast Lough. Hosted by one of Ireland’s premier sailing venues, the championship will showcase the exciting WASZP class, renowned for its spectacular hydrofoiling performance and close, tactical racing. Competitors from across Ireland and beyond will battle for national honours in a demanding series of races, while spectators can enjoy the unique sight of fleets “flying” above the water against the stunning backdrop of the County Down coastline.
