ILCA 4 training day with Dan McGaughey, designed for sailors who are aiming to refine their racing skills and progression into youth squads.

These sessions support building skills in the ILCA Class, refining techniques and improving racing tactics, ideal for sailors looking to develop their racing journey.

11.00 – Arrival on site, get ready, and rig your boat

16.00 – Wrapping up after an action-packed day

Sailors to pack

Appropriate Sailing kit (wetsuit, spray top, boots, buoyancy aid, swimming costume, towel)

Your boat, fully prepped and ready for a training session

Snacks, drinks, and a packed lunch to fuel you throughout the day

Warm clothes for before and after the training

Pen and notepad for any notes, racing watch and cap

Even if the skies are cloudy, keep the sunblock and cap on hand—you’ll thank us later.
