Join us for two days of focused, high-quality coaching tailored to each sailor’s individual needs as you prepare for Irish Nationals.

Coaching Schedule

10:30 – Arrive rigged and ready for morning briefing
–
16:30 – Finish each day
–
Please arrive prepared to go afloat promptly at 10:30.

Cost
£80 per sailor single hander
£120 per boat for double hander

What to Bring
–
Appropriate sailing gear for the conditions
Your boat, fully prepared for coaching sessions
Lunch, snacks, and plenty of water for on-the-water sessions
Warm, dry clothing for after training
Pen and notepad
Sunscreen and a cap (sun protection is recommended even on cloudy days)
Changing rooms and showers are available on site.
