Youth RS200 Open Training Day – 25th October 25
As part of the RYA Racing Pathway for double handed sailing we will be supporting an RS200 open training day with Russel McGovern, designed for sailors who are aiming to refine their racing skills in the 200 class.
This training day supports refining techniques and improving racing tactics, ideal for sailors looking to develop their racing journey.
Participants should be competent and confident sailors who are able to sail in up to Force 4 conditions and recover from a capsize with minimal assistance. This opportunity is best suited to sailors with solid experience in club racing or training environments, even if they are not currently involved in squad-level sailing.
Open to youth and parent/child combos.
Timings 10pm – 4pm
Saturday 25th October
Please note: Participants must supply their own boat.
We can’t wait to see you out on the water, developing your skills and sharing the joy of sailing!
