3days tailored to individual needs

Timings for Coaching:

10:00 – Rigged and Ready for 10am briefing
17:00 – Finish

Cost:

£130 per Sailor

What you need to bring:

– Appropriate sailing kit
– Your boat, ready for coaching sessions
– Snacks and drinks for on the water sessions and lunch

-Warm clothing for after training

– Pen and notepad

Please arrive ready to go on the water.

Please ensure you have lunch, water and a snack. Please note even on cloudy days sunblock is recommended so please ensure you bring sunscreen and a cap.

Changing rooms & showers are available.
