Saturday 28th March 2020 @ 8.00pm
In aid of The Brain Tumour Charity, Johnny Potts will be coming out of chef retirement to be a Galley Cook for an unforgettable evening at Ballyholme Yacht Club.
In a previous life, Johnny was a member of the British Culinary Arts Team and a personal chef to the rich and famous, he has cooked in restaurants such as the Ivy, Scott’s and Caprice.
For one night only, he will be creating a delicious four course supper, inspired by the County Down landscape. From seafood to start, followed by Mourne Mountain lamb, to “egg and soldiers”, Mourne Forest ‘Gateaux’, with a selection of local cheeses to complete the evening.
In addition and to maximise his fundraising effort there will be a raffle with a sensational first prize: Johnny as a personal chef preparing and serving an evening dinner for up to 6 people at the winner’s home.
Tickets are priced at £30 per person and can be booked on the Social page on the Ballyholme website. This is going to be popular so make sure you book early!
