RYA YOUTH SAILING SCHEME – STAGE 3

25th July – 26th July 2022 09.30 – 17.00

This course will be run across two full days.

It will deliver a range of skills including rigging, launching and recovery, sailing techniques, capsize recovery, sailing theory and sailing in any direction.

Assumed Knowledge

Up to and including Stage 2 standard

Minimum Age: 8

After the course

Able to launch and sail a dinghy around a triangle in moderate conditions

Please note there is a non-refundable administrative charge of £1.50 applied to each transaction.

All applicable RYA books and logbooks are included.

We can provide a wetsuit, spray-jacket and buoyancy aid, however we  do not provide footwear, sailors will require wetsuit shoes or boots or a pair of old trainers.

Please ensure you have water and a snack or two and lunch as well as sunscreen and a cap.

Changing rooms & showers are available.
