It is important that medical and emergency information is completed for the person registering for the training.

The training will be delivered by Level 3 Race Coach Chris Penney.

TIMINGS FOR THE TRAINING:

09:00 – Arrive at venue, rig boat
16:00 – Finish

What you need to bring:
– Appropriate sailing kit
– Your boat, ready for a training session
– Snacks and drinks for on the water sessions and lunch

– Pen and notepad

Please arrive ready to go on the water.

Please ensure you have lunch, water and a snack. Please note even on cloudy days sunblock is recommended so please ensure you bring sunscreen and a cap.

Changing rooms & showers are available.
