Monday Night Open Water Swims Summer 2021

Open Water Sea Swim 

Please note – these sessions are for *members only*.

The event is for Ballyholme Yacht club members only, kayak and SUP rescue support will be present during the event.

You must have your own tow float and brightly coloured hat to be able to take part.

Social distancing must be observed at all times and only swimmers and rescue volunteers to be on site. Strictly no spectators.

Changing rooms are now available for limited numbers for dry change only (the showers will remain closed awaiting a legionella report). Please read the changing facilities guidelines here.

Changing facilities should be accessed from external doors only.

We would ask you to please read the guidelines carefully before you book or arrive at BYC and please check them before making future visits as they will be periodically updated with the latest information.

Events will only continue as long as guidelines and law is adhered to. We cannot stress enough the importance of social distancing and personal responsibility.

Please do not attend BYC if you, or anyone in your household, are feeling unwell or experiencing any symptoms of COVID-19 or you have come in to contact with someone who has tested positive within the last 10 days.
