Donation of £5 to RNLI would be greatly appreciated (cash on the day).
We recommend all swimmers have a bright swim hat and a tow float. Wet suits are optional. Changing rooms and showers available!
Hot drinks for spectators and soup for competitors will be provided after swim in the Jubilee Room.
