Day 4 of racing at the ILCA 6 Youth European Championships has come to a close, find out the results, where to view photos and see where our local sailors are sitting in the rankings.
And on the fourth day, the wind disappeared! Thankfully sailors were able to keep their minds set on competition as they watched the Olympic sailing events live from Marseille in the Members lounge this afternoon. The forecast for tomorrow is set to bring a baseline breeze reaching the mid teens and up to 26 knots in gusts which will make for an exciting first day of finals!
Sitting at the top of the leaderboard as we head into the finals, Healy Ryan of Australia is leading in the boys with a nett of 7 points while French sailor Gilda Dondona leads with just 6 after accounting for a 4 point discard.
