Day 3 of racing at the ILCA 6 Youth European Championships has come to a close, find out the results, where to view photos and see where our local sailors are sitting in the rankings.
Wednesday brought a beautiful sunny day in Ballyholme with blue skies and less than ideal wind conditions for an international sailing event. Thankfully at 1pm the competitors were able to take to the water and both Alpha and Bravo courses were able to complete 1 race.
The overall results are no longer tied in first place, Healy Ryan of Australia is leading in the boys with a nett of 7 points while French sailor Gilda Dondona leads with just 6 after accounting for a 4 point discard.
