Cadets must be rigged and ready to launch by 10.15AM
These sessions are for cadets who have successfully completed RYA Stage 3 and have their own boats.
Cadets will be put into training groups on the water.
All members must use the booking system if planning to sail from BYC. The booking system is essential to enable us to manage numbers and provide track & trace records as required by the recent NI Executive Regulations and RYA NI guidelines.
DO NOT attend BYC if you, or anyone in your household, are feeling unwell or experiencing any symptoms of COVID-19 or you have come in to contact with someone who has tested positive within the last 10 days.
Please note by making a booking you are declaring that when you arrive at your session you are well, not experiencing any COVID symptoms and have not been in contact with someone who has tested positive in the last 10 days.
Clubhouse and changing rooms remain closed and cadet should arrive changed and ready to go on the water. Toilets will not be available.
Launch and recovery should be well spaced and we would request that upon recovery you bring your boat to your allocated boat park space to prevent groups gathering.
We would also recommend the use of face masks or buffs in the boat parks.
We remind parents to allow cadets to rig and launch independently and draw attention to the current legislation with regard to the two household rule for those not taking part in training, please do not gather in groups of more than two households in the boat parks. All parents on site are asked to register on the COVID App here.
We appreciate your continued support, please ensure you read and adhere to the COVID Guidelines when using the club.
