Sailability

Ballyholme Yacht Club is very pleased to announce that we are now running courses for those with learning disabilities. This evening course will provide a fantastic experience for anyone aged 8 and up who is interested in sailing and meeting new people. 

Our dedicated instructors will make sure that there is a safe and fun environment in which to learn during this exciting opportunity. We have run various evening courses throughout the summer, all of which have been very successful, and we hope to welcome as many new people as possible. 

Unfortunately, we cannot provide courses for those with physical disabilities, as we do not have the facilities for this, however we hope to change this in  the future. 

What to Bring
– Towel
– Wetsuit boots or an old pair of trainers
– Swimming costume for under your wetsuit
We will provide wetsuits and life jackets.
Please ensure that everything is labelled so that you don’t lose anything.
