TALL SHIPS INFORMATION FOR 2015   – Well done to BYC Member Dermot Wallace and BYC Visitor Orla Maguire who got places on this voyage!

IF you have a spirit of adventure, are resident in Northern Ireland and are aged 16 years and over then this is the opportunity for you. From 2-5 July 2015, tall ships from across the globe will anchor in Belfast for the start of The Lidl Belfast Titanic Maritime Festival, one of the biggest events Belfast will ever host. The vessels will dock in Belfast from 2 July before departing on 5 July, for Alesund, Norway. Belfast Tall Ships are offering 80 lucky people from Northern Ireland the opportunity to become trainee crew on this 10 day voyage. Once on dry land you will celebrate your achievements with a few days in Alesund, before returning to Belfast.
